Wilco is committed to protecting our customers; privacy, which includes most of the information we have on file. We may share information with a third party of business associate who performs certain essential services for us. As permitted or required by law, we insist these associates follow the same rules and confidentiality standards as Wilco. We may use your non-public personal information to contact you about our products and services which may be of interest to you. We may also disclose non-public personal financial information as authorized by you, or as the law permits or requires.

The conduct of Wilco employees shall be guided by integrity, discretion and dignity, and we expect and require the same by our business associates. Wilco will safeguards, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information we collect, receive, or maintain about our customers.

Information access is limited to only those employees who need it to perform their job function. Wilco states its confidentiality policy and practices in our employee handbook and takes appropriate disciplinary measures for privacy violations. We routinely train and audit employees for compliance with these standards.

It is important to note that Wilco does not share or sell customer information with other companies for the purpose of marketing their products to you.

What is Wilco’s business standard?

Personal or business information, or information which an individual requests be kept confidential and private, will not be released unless there are compelling legal or operational reasons for its release. Personal or business information, including information in databases and hard copy files shall be kept secured and shall not be readily accessible to unauthorized personnel. Wilco leadership is committed to promoting a respectful workplace and honoring the rights of our customers. To this end we are actively involved in training, development, implementation, and promotion of ethical privacy practices.

How can I access my personal information at Wilco?

You have the right to review and receive a copy of your personal information. You have the right to request that we amend any personal information contained in your file that is not accurate or not current. Right of Refusal
