Official Notice – 49th Annual Meeting

The 49th Annual Meeting of the Members of Wilco Farmers will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 12:30 PM in the Columbia Hall building on the Oregon State Fair Ground in Salem.  Three directors will be elected; the candidates are as follows:

• District 1: Candidate Eric Pohlshneider will be running against incumbent Ben Coleman.
• District 4: Candidate Ben Van Dyke will be running against incumbent Orin Nusbaum.
• District at Large: Candidate Kyle Fessler will be running against incumbent Glenn Goschie.

Company officers will report on the decisions and activities of the past year and discuss plans for the current year.  Registration will begin at 10:00 AM, lunch will be served between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM and the official meeting will follow.  Absentee ballots are available upon request by calling 503-845-6122.

Start the morning by visit with vendors or Wilco staff in the information booths taking place between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM in the Columbia Hall.  In addition, we will also be holding a silent auction to support FFA.  These events will take place before the start of the official meeting.
