How Do Shipping Rates Work?

There is no single, set shipping rate or speed.  At checkout, you can choose what FedEx shipping type you’d prefer.  The pricing will adjust based upon your address, the package size(s) and the delivery time and method you’ve selected.  We pass on the estimated freight expense provided by FedEx and do not make profit from shipping; it is a pure pass-through expense.  There may be promotions or subsidized freight so on average customers pay less freight than Wilco pays in freight and shipping expenses.

The primary two shipping methods are FedEx Ground Home Delivery and FedEx Express Saver.

FedEx Express Saver offers time-definite delivery within 24-48 hours. If you need something shipped within 2 days, no matter where it is in the world, this is the service for you. However, this service does cost a lot more.

FedEx Ground offers cost-effective delivery in 1-5 days within the continental United States and 3-7 days to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments are not as fast as FedEx Express Saver but much more cost effective in your not in a rush.

It is IMPORTANT to note shipping times above are from the time the package is picked up from Wilco.  There may be an additional day depending on when you place the order and when Wilco stages and preps the package(s) for FedEx.
