Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the state of Oregon, who are 18 years of age or older, and live within 100 miles of Eugene, Oregon. All of the prizes must be picked up in-person at the Eugene Store location. Photo ID is required for prize redemption. Wilco employees and household family members may participate, but are not eligible to win. This giveaway is subjected to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.

During the weeks of February 1, 2024 12:01 AM PST to February 21, 2024 11:59 PM PST, we’ll be giving the Eugene community the chance to enter to win one (1) of five (5) $500 Wilco Shopping Sprees. Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and contacted at the email address provided by March 26th, 2024.
Any participant who attempts to enter during entry period under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, at Sponsor’s discretion.
No mechanically reproduced or computer-generated are entries permitted.
Submission Guidelines:
Sponsor and/or its designated representatives will review all Submissions received. If any Submission fails to conform to these Official Rules or Sponsor otherwise determines that the Submission is inappropriate, would reflect poorly on Sponsor, or the Giveaway or could adversely affect the reputation or goodwill of Sponsor, Sponsor may remove the Submission and make it ineligible for the Giveaway. Sponsor also reserves the right, at Sponsor’s option, to edit any Submission, including to omit third parties, or to require the entrant to edit the Submission in order to make it eligible for entry in the Giveaway.
Winner(s): Winners will be randomly selected and contacted at the email they provide on the Wilco Rewards Signup Form by March 26th, 2024. Five (5) winners must respond to announcement email from Wilco by April 9th, 2024 at 11:59 pm PST in order to remain eligible to redeem the prize. Sponsor will coordinate with each winner on how to collect their prize from the Eugene store. Photo ID is required for prize redemption. Prizes must be collected by the winner by April 16th, 2024.
All taxes, including all federal, state, local, sales, withholding tax and any other taxes or government fees of any type whatsoever are the sole responsibility of winner and/or those who have received the prize.
Prize(s):
- Five (5) Prizes will be awarded. Each Prize includes: $500 Wilco Shopping Spree to occur in-person at the Eugene Wilco Store.
Cash redemption is valued at $0. Actual retail value of the Prizes is $500. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By submitting the Eugene Wilco Rewards Sign Up Form, you agree that Sponsor may contact you via phone or email regarding the giveaway and/or your form submission.
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes consent to use entrant’s name, biographical information, image and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrant releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any liability, claims and causes of action based on defamation or violation of rights of publicity or privacy. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability whatsoever for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cause of action, claim, cost or expense (including without limitation any property damage, personal injury and/or death) arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway, including without limitation participation in any Giveaway-related activity and/or possession, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of any social media channels, wilco.coop, farmstore.com or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Giveaway in the event the Giveaway is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, or technical failures of any kind. In the event of a dispute over the identity of the entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to submit the disputed entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or any other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e‐mail addresses for the domain. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
