- Plant bulbs after the first hard morning frost in fall. You may continue to plant throughout the fall as long as the ground is workable
- Dig a hole, top of bulb needs to be 5" below surface after planting
- Set the bulbs in place, pointed side up, 9 lb per square foot
- Cover the bulbs by replacing the soil, then water thoroughly
Planting Tips:
Exposure to full sun will bring out the rich colors that tulips offer. Partial shade will enable a longer blooming period and still offer a colorful addition to any garden.
