Leading variety, both commercially and for home use. Normally large, smooth, attractive golden yellow fruit with slight red blush. Tender, juicy, buttery flesh is of excellent dessert quality. Tree bear when young and have compact, upright growth habits. Ripens mid-July. Will not pollinate with Seckel.
